About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns. Many of my clients have experienced difficult life circumstances, including abuse, grief, or family stress. I provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including young adults, professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities.
My Background and Approach
I am a Social Worker with over 15 years of experience specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College, graduating with national honors. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with families and at-risk children presenting with challenging behavioral needs across home, residential, and school settings. My approach is integrated, evidence-based, and solution-focused. I support clients managing PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, eating disorders, and trauma related to physical or sexual abuse. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, with an emphasis on practical tools and long-term stability.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that even in the face of complex challenges, individuals and families have the capacity for growth and healing. With structured support and collaborative effort, meaningful change is possible. Therapy should empower clients to build resilience, develop coping skills, and regain balance in their lives. I strive to create a respectful, inclusive space where individuals feel supported as they work toward stability and fulfillment. If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing, I would be honored to support you.
