About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and families who need support with emotional regulation, behavior, school issues, or communication. Many seek autism/ADHD assessments or help understanding sensory needs, routines, and stress. My clients want practical tools and a therapist who brings warmth, clarity, and a family-centered approach.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in compassionate, family-focused care. I work with children and teens using play therapy, sand tray, sensory awareness, and emotional regulation support. I want young clients to feel safe enough to explore feelings, reduce stress, and build confidence. For parents and families, I offer guidance around communication, routines, behavior, co-regulation, school struggles, and strengthening relationships at home. I help families understand their child’s emotional and sensory needs so they can support them more effectively. I also provide autism and ADHD assessments for children, teens, and adults. My assessment style is collaborative and clear, helping families gain a deeper understanding of strengths, challenges, and next steps. I’m an LPC-Associate in Oregon (supervised by Shannon MacMinn, LMFT).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value the role that faith, culture, and identity play in each person’s healing journey. While I personally come from a Christian background, I work respectfully with clients of all belief systems, including those who are spiritual, questioning, or non-religious. My goal is to provide a supportive space that honors your values, rather than imposing mine.
