My Personal Beliefs and Interests
One of my philosophies of life is that although we cannot always control our experiences and circumstances, we can choose our responses to them and dive into how they affect and influence us as humans. We can then learn to understand how life mirrors to us the way we relate to ourselves. I believe life is change; growth optional. We ultimately have the capacity to grow if we allow ourselves to, as acknowledging change is allowing it to happen while it unfolds. I believe when we turn within ourselves, finding a quiet space to hold inside, an innate and fluid course of healing opens that we can tap into and expand from. A space to reflect is possibly one of the most challenging and yet rewarding pieces of today. Together we will help you, your child, or family to create this space to reflect, to foster heart-centered awareness unto yourself, and to develop an authentic philosophy based on one’s core beliefs.
