About My Clients
My clients come from all different backgrounds. They have different diagnoses and issues, but are all individuals worthy of respect and care.
My Background and Approach
I have spent five years working with domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and victims of violent crimes as a crisis counselor and advocate. I did my clinical hours at the LGBTQ+ Center of Orange County and gained experience with many different types of clients. My clinical approach is person centered and based in the belief that the client is more than their diagnosis and their diagnosis does not define them. I often use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), but I will pull interventions and concepts from other modalities to best help the client.
