About My Clients
My clients are adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or personality concerns. Many feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism, procrastination, or strained relationships. I help them explore underlying emotions, early experiences, and defenses while building coping strategies through CBT, and psychodynamic approaches. Together we work toward self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) in New York, trained at NYU with a foundation in psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt approaches. My background includes clinical work at Fulton Family Psychiatry and crisis response as a 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline responder. I integrate evidence-based tools with insight-oriented therapy, helping clients explore unconscious patterns, early experiences, and defenses while also building coping strategies for anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and personality concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on creating a safe space where clients can deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting change.
