About My Clients
Do you struggle with feeling “not good enough”? These self-doubt patterns can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and even how you relate to food and your body. In therapy, I help clients understand what keeps them stuck and build confidence, self-trust, and authenticity. My approach is warm and collaborative. I believe you are the expert of your own story. If you are ready to show up differently, schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good fit!
My Background and Approach
Lindsie Meek is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C) with a Master’s in Social Work from New York University. Before starting her private practice, she worked as a clinical supervisor and eating disorder therapist in a specialized treatment program, supporting clients in repairing their relationships with food and body and rediscovering who they are beneath disordered eating symptoms. Lindsie specializes in helping people who struggle with self-worth, confidence, perfectionism, and anxiety. Her work focuses on uncovering deeper patterns that keep clients feeling stuck or disconnected and helping them build kinder, more trusting relationships with themselves and others. Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. She tailors her work to each client, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, Attachment-Focused EMDR (Parnell Institute trained), and parts work.

I aim to create a safe space for you to discover and reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been pushed down to please others. LGBTQIA+ Affirming. Your identity is valid and worthy of celebration! Health at Every Size (HAES). All bodies, shapes, and sizes are welcome here. All parts are welcome. Even the aspects of yourself you've been taught to hide or reject. No judgement here.
