About My Clients
Do you feel caught between parts of yourself—your faith and your identity, or who you are and what you were taught you should be? I work with LGBTQ+ clients, including those exploring faith and identity and those healing from religious trauma or spiritual harm. I also support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Together, we create a collaborative space to process experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build tools for grounding, healing, and coping.
My Background and Approach
I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients’ interests and honoring their unique ways of being. I especially love working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults. I’m trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and also draw from CBT and DBT skills so we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are and begin making sense of your experiences with clarity and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who is both a gay woman and a Christian, I understand firsthand how complex it can be to hold these parts of yourself, and I understand the reality of religious trauma. I offer LGBTQ+ and faith-affirming care, with particular experience supporting clients exploring their Christian faith, their identity, or both. As a licensed clinical social worker with experience in community mental health and inpatient care, my goal is to help you feel more at home in who you are as we move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
