About My Clients
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I work with individuals, and couples, navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, trauma, and family conflict. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a graduate master’s certificate in Contemporary Addictive Behaviors and Treatment. My clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and art-informed interventions. I also incorporate couples and relationship-focused work when appropriate. I don’t believe therapy is about giving you a set of instructions for how to live your life. Instead, I see my role as walking alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, identify what you need, and develop tools that fit your life. Whether you’re working through grief, struggling with anxiety, navigating a major transition, or trying to improve your relationships, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers individuals, and couples to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
