About My Clients
I am committed to helping people overcome anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, anxiety, self-esteem worries, relationship and/or family distress, traumatic experiences, and other stressors that affect all of us at some point in our lives. I have knowledge and expertise in providing teletherapy services to adults, couples, parents and children on a variety of platforms.
My Background and Approach
I have extensively worked with parents and guardians, children and adolescents via individual, group, and family therapy. I also have experience working with adults in the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting assisting clients with stabilization, self-regulation, and crisis management in order to return to their home and community setting. I have vast experience in working with clients who have experienced traumas and other life stressors. My diverse background and passion for helping support others enables me to be an extremely effective social worker who is comfortable counseling diverse groups of people.
