Wondering if you'll ever feel aligned, regulated, and like yourself again in motherhood? You are not alone. I'm a certified perinatal mental health therapist offering online therapy across Kentucky and Ohio. I specialize in working with women who feel stuck in cycles of worry, struggle with their identity, grieve their birth trauma, experience postpartum anxiety or postpartum mood disorders (PMADs) and need support finding balance in motherhood.
My Background and Approach
I've been practicing since 2013, and am certified in perinatal mental health. I have training in CBT, DBT, and Gottman Method. While evidence-based practices are important clinically, I believe there is power in feeling safe and understood. My approach is warm and compassionate, with a side of humor. Motherhood is hard enough- finding genuine care shouldnt have to be!
