It's a great day to begin therapy! I love what I do as a therapist and am happy and honored to help.

Couples counseling can change your relationship for the better. If you are going through a breakup or have recently lost your primary relationship, therapy can help you create growth and joy. I provide counseling to improve or move past relationships with your parents, siblings, and children.
Men can be trapped for years in a vortex of limiting beliefs, suffering needlessly. The good news is that with the help of an experienced therapist who specializes in treating men's issues, you can find relief from your discomfort and struggles. In my work with men, I've seen firsthand how taking the time to address fundamental issues with a trained professional often results in symptom resolution and a more satisfying and rewarding life.
I work hard in my counseling practice to ensure that all autistic children, teens, and adults – from all areas of the autism spectrum – are welcomed and understood. I want you to have a therapy team that can assist you in reaching your goals, overcoming obstacles, and setting new ones for the future. I assist families dealing with ADHD, ASD, sensory processing disorders, and other forms of neurodivergence to have happier home, school, and work lives.
I believe in the power of relationships. Not only are relationships one of our greatest needs and desires, they are the biggest contribution to our personal growth as individuals. Couples counseling and therapy for people who have just exited or lost their relationship can bring improvement in every area of life.
I was raised to believe in the power of play. I love playing as a way of learning, playing through problems, seeing how things play-out, and playing with ideas. We can learn a lot about a child's functioning by observing their play, and we can do much to help improve it by using play. I believe play therapy is appropriate for all ages.
Since early childhood, I have been philosophically aligned with Existentialism. The search for meaning is inseparable from our experience as humans, and I believe it is at the essence of our mental health.
