About My Clients

Are you burdened by the impact of past experiences, struggling in relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety? I help my clients process their trauma, gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and develop strategies to manage their anxieties. My goal is to help you heal & transform what keeps you stuck, so you can cultivate healthier patterns and connections that support meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I use an integrative approach of person-centered relational therapy, interpersonal awareness techniques, regulation & coping tools, IFS/Parts Work, and narrative exposure techniques. I approach my work with clients with curiosity to understand and support the whole of who they are. Throughout my practice, I utilize an attachment lens and systems perspective to better understand the beliefs, anxieties, social & familial systems, and patterns shaping your life and relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value cultivating an affirming space for my clients for them to show up with authenticity and vulnerability and I'm passionate about helping people feel less stuck as they navigate their journey through healing and growth. I also value transparency and compassionate accountability which encourages clients to show up and engage with the kind of therapeutic work that leads to their goals and lasting change.
