About My Clients
I specialize in working with adult adoptees, donor-conceived individuals, those with DNA discoveries, and NPEs. I help clients navigate identity, reunion, secondary rejection, grief, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. As an adoptee, I understand how valuable it is to feel seen and supported. I also work with adults facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic pain, grief, and life changes, as well as couples experiencing relationship distress. My approach is warm and personalized.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based modalities when appropriate, recognizing there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Together, we build practical tools for managing anxiety, improving communication, strengthening self-esteem, and navigating life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. I believe in meeting clients where they are, offering both support and gentle challenge in a safe, empowering space. My background includes a strong focus on identity work with adult adoptees and individuals navigating complex family dynamics, but I welcome anyone ready to explore their inner world and create meaningful change.
