About My Clients
I enjoy working with young adults who are experiencing anxiety or depression. I also enjoy working with couples looking to improve their relationships. Lastly, I enjoy working with parents who want to parent more effectively individually or as a caregiver unit.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals and families in a variety of ways. I enjoy working with people who are experiencing family conflict, co-parenting struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD symptoms, relationship issues and many more. I have worked in an intense family based program, college counseling center, and foster care system. I work from a systemic lens with a relational framework to help ease the stress that you are experiencing through the many challenges in life. By using a strengths based approach I will help you build a foundation to a happier and healthier life. I offer a variety of scheduling options to meet twice a week, once a week, every other week, or once a month. I hope to partner with you along your journey to become the best you can be.
