Finding the right person to walk with you through this journey can be challenging, and I hope I can help make that decision a little bit easier. I work with clients to help them identify and challenge the limiting beliefs we often unknowingly operate from; to be more present, have healthier relationships, set boundaries, communicate assertively, and live the life they want to be living.

My approach ranges from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, solutions focused, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral.
