The inner critic tied to your old belief systems once helped you survive and are now no longer serving you. Together we will uncover and reframe them, creating space for healing and freedom to live with greater ease.
My Background and Approach
I have a wide array of therapeutic tools and resources to accommodate you on your journey. I am a guide and support, choosing methods that will empower you. You know yourself best and will therefore be a co-creator in the treatment plan process. The pain you feel is often tied to old belief systems shaped by difficult experiences. While these patterns once helped you survive, they may no longer serve you. Together, we’ll uncover and reframe them, creating space for healing, resilience, and the freedom to live with greater ease and self-compassion. You are an active participant, collaborating with me, from intake to discharge. Safety and confidentiality are high priorities with each client, as are creating a supportive yet challenging working relationship with you through individualized attention in each session. I use a blend of therapeutic methods such as EMDR, IFS, and holistic. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the LGBTQ+ community and believe every individual deserves the right to be themselves in this world. I also strongly believe every person has an innate healing knowledge and is capable of overcoming any and all obstacles to becoming the most true and full version of themselves. I am a deeply spiritual practitioner and spend my time outside of work in nature, dancing, or spiritual practices.
