Life brings its challenges. It is brave to take the first step and reach out for therapy. If you're experiencing pain or confusion in relationships, or struggling with anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss, caregiver stress, life transitions, or have loved ones with addiction, I am here to support you and help you navigate rough terrain. I'm neurodiverse friendly, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.

I am a progressive, grounded, and open-minded person, who is able to meet you where you are. I believe in the humanity of each individual, and know our unique paths have lead us to be who we are. The complexity of my professional and personal experience informs my connection and approaches to therapy. I have a multi-cultural and multi-racial family background. People, their families, and their communities are beautiful, complex, and unique.
