About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults who are looking to better understand themselves and create a more meaningful, connected life. I support clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity development, and relational challenges. My style is warm, open, and curious, and I strive to create a supportive space where we can explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique values, goals, and lived experiences.
My Background and Approach
I bring over a decade of experience providing therapy that is collaborative, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of each person. My training is integrative—I draw from psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral approaches to support meaningful and lasting growth. I have my Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver and have practiced in community mental health, non-profit, college counseling and private practice settings. I also have experience providing clinical supervision and training to pre-doctoral, post-doctoral and MA level clinicians.
