My Background and Approach
With 7+ years in the mental health and substance use fields, I believe collectively healing the mind, body, and spirit is essential to overall wellness. Conditioned negative behaviors, patterns, and stress may quickly take charge of your life resulting in feeling overwhelmed leaving you with no motivation or hope. The struggle may seem real but it does not have to be a part of your daily norm. With Holistic methods and a specialization in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, I provide a different approach that is an alternative to traditional talk therapy where clients overcome issue(s) without the need to talk about them by eliminating “stuck” images and sensations using eye-movements, and experience results in as quick as 1-5 sessions.
