About My Clients

Ever feel like you’re too much or somehow never enough in a world that wasn’t built for how your brain works? Whether you’re navigating ADHD or autism (diagnosed or self-identified), dealing with anxiety that won’t seem to quiet down, trying to untangle your relationship with substances, exploring LGBTQ+ identify, or you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself while creating meaningful, sustainable change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping teens and adults navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those who are diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning why traditional approaches haven’t worked for them. Together, we focus on understanding how your brain actually works so you can stop forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit and start building strategies that do. My style is collaborative, affirming, and refreshingly real. I balance validation with honest feedback and practical tools you can use in everyday life, not just in session. Clients often come to me feeling stuck or overwhelmed and leave with greater clarity, self-understanding, and skills that help them feel more grounded, confident, and capable of creating meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to mask, shrink yourself, or explain your identity just to feel understood. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people are supported in being fully human, not when they’re pushed to fit into systems that were never designed for them. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist deeply connected to the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for people who have often felt misunderstood or overlooked. I view neurodiversity as something to be understood and supported, not fixed. My own experiences with identity, growth, and unlearning shape how I show up: authentic, compassionate, and collaborative. I value honesty, curiosity, and helping clients reconnect with themselves in ways that feel sustainable and empowering. Outside of therapy, I enjoy LGBTQ+ community spaces, advocating for neurodivergent acceptance, and spending time outdoors to recharge.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
