My clients want relatable ways to understand their curent challenges and when applicable, past difficulties, and then develop accessible skills to stop fighting themselves, their feelings, and their thoughts. When my clients learn to stop trying to "get rid of" the thoughts and feelings that they've identified as "The Problem" they can then move forward with compassionate, practical, tactical, and evidenced-based ways of resolving internal and external conflicts without guilt, shame, or blame.
