About My Clients
I am looking for patients who want a unique, compassionate provider that can provide treatment tailored to their individual needs. I have over a decade treating patients through various modalities for depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, autism, pregnancy/postpartum care, and more. I am a provider who works to respect everyone's individual identity, beliefs, challenges, preferences, and needs.

Offering compassionate, customized care for teens and adults who struggle with mental illness. With additional training in integrative health- I work with you to offer holistic treatment, meaning you are treated as more than a diagnosis, you are treated as a person. Your lifestyle, unique challenges, and strengths, and feelings about medication are always considered. I see my patients as a "team member"- with your needs and goals as part of the treatment plan. I offer both therapy and medication management options. I offer personalized psychiatric care from the comfort of your own home via telepsychiatry, and also have office hours for those local to St. Augustine, FL.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the mental illness is a flaw in chemistry, not in character. I strongly believe in eliminating the stigma of mental illness and empowering patients to be an active participant in their path to mental wellness. I offer various therapy methods including CBT, DBT, Positive psychology, and more.
