About My Clients
I specialize in adults that experience Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem Issues, Life Transitions, Trauma, Stress Management, and Relationship Issues. I also enjoy working with teens, couples, and am LGBTQ+ affirming.
My Background and Approach
After graduation, I moved to the triangle where I began my career in private practice working with teens, adults, and couples. I gravitate towards a collaborative strengths based approach in therapy. I use a variety of theories including Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for my clients. I believe change happens when people feel comfortable and challenged. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), I take into consideration all of the systems that are impacting my client’s lives in order to help create lasting change. My goal is to help my clients focus on solutions and utilize the natural resources in their lives.
