About My Clients
I specialize in helping women who experience anxiety, panic attacks, and the challenges of perimenopause. When life is unbalanced, anxiety, panic, perfectionism, or overthinking may take hold. Additionally, during perimenopause, many women struggle with increased irritability, anxiety, and may feel too tired or mentally foggy to complete everyday tasks, as sleep difficulties can also arise. We'll work together to help you feel relief and establish more peace and balance.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, safe, and collaborative space where we work together to manage these challenges. I use Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) for staying present and calm, Positive Psychology to cultivate optimism and self-compassion, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to examine unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
