About My Clients
I am most passionate about helping women heal from early attachment wounds, that may have left you struggling with stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, poor or absent boundaries, low self-worth or self-worth based in achievement or how others perceive you.
My Background and Approach
I am known for creating a calming space, providing individuals with a safe, supportive, peaceful and judgment-free environment to develop new skills, strategies and perspectives to work through barriers preventing joy and emotional healing. I earned my graduate degree from the University of Michigan, specializing in interpersonal mental health and completed a certificate program in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. I practice from a person-centered, strengths-based approach utilizing techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic Attachment Therapy. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher and pay close attention to the mind-body connection.
