About My Clients

Dr. Rosen's areas of clinical focus include anxiety, stress management, mood disorders, family conflict/family of origin issues, self-acceptance, and relational issues. She is adept in supporting adults/teens adjust to changes in responsibilities and stressors associated with transition periods. She also enjoys working with individuals navigating pregnancy and the transition to parenthood. Dr. Rosen is particularly committed to supporting individuals who are new to therapy.

My Background and Approach

Dr. Rosen's priority as a psychologist is to support clients' mental health through interventions grounded in trust, authenticity, and science. Her down to earth and relational approach to treatment enables her to create a nonjudgmental, productive space for clients to reach personal goals- whether that be solutions to presenting challenges, or deeper exploration of longstanding issues. Clients can expect Dr. Rosen to focus on establishing a safe, authentic relationship in session while integrating various psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness techniques during your work together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Dr. Rosen believes that every person’s story makes sense. Our emotions, behaviors, and challenges develop in response to the unique experiences that have shaped us. Therapy begins with understanding how past patterns, beliefs, and relationships influence how we show up in the present. Through this collaborative process, clients can gain greater self-awareness, compassion, and the freedom to make intentional changes.
