I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment to individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma and emotion dysregulation. I’ve witnessed the profound impact that pairing understanding, insight and validation with learning practical skills and tools can have on an individual’s sense of well-being. In addition to listening and supporting you, we will collaborate to identify and change unhelpful behavioral patterns in your life. I believe in the therapeutic process and its ability to help people understand themselves in an authentic and compassionate way. Whether it helps bring words to a complex human experience or uncovering specific ways to reduce anxiety or stress, therapy can empower growth, create change and help people find their inner resilience. In addition to 1:1 therapy, I also offer group therapy including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. Group therapy can be a meaningful addition to individual therapy or powerful on its own.
