Therapy can be scary, meeting someone for the first time and sharing so much can be intimidating. Just because something feels uncomfortable initially doesn’t mean it can’t be helpful. I enjoy working with individuals going through life's transitions, whether that's young adulthood, parenthood, or other phases of life. As a perinatal mental health specialist, I am passionate about working with those in the perinatal period.
My Background and Approach
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness Therapy to help people manage stress in their daily lives.
