Emotions make us human. I believe we need to learn how to regulate those big emotions and understand how they affect our behaviors. Focusing on how we feel in the moment can lead us to make better, decision making abilities. ACT, not React.

I love working with couples. The dynamics change so much by adding another person in the room. I enjoy the process of seeing how both sides see their struggles and how they can work together to have a better relationship.

Being able to "see" our thoughts instead of "being" our thoughts is hard. I like helping people change their negative thought patterns so they can find joy in themselves and the life they lead.

Grief is such a hard emotion to handle. I want to help you work through all those messy feelings and give you a sense of empowerment to move forward with your grief, knowing that you will never "move on" from losing your loved one.

Having a baby is a beautiful and wonderful experience. And when you are struggling with scary feelings of sadness, hopelessness, anger and maybe trauma, it takes away from those beautiful moments you were so looking forward to. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger after having a baby, you are not alone. I want to walk with you through those struggles so that you can be the mother you want to be for your baby.

Pregnancy is a wonderful thing, but can be scary with lots of different emotions. I want to come alongside women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, even anger during and after pregnancy so that they can become the best mother to their babies.

"I was always a worrier until I realized it was anxiety." I've heard this so many times and it's true. Once we have words for the problem we can find a solution. Anxiety can permeate every aspect of our lives and can be very hard to manage. I want to help you find some healthy coping skills that you can use in everyday life.
