Hi, I’m Lindsay Meyer (LMFT #118958), a licensed therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting mindful, resilient, and engaged adults who may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly navigating personal challenges. Many of my clients are the ones others lean on—capable, insightful, often outwardly “fine”—but inwardly bearing a lot.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning for deeper work, we’ll move at your pace—no pressure, no performance. Just real conversations, genuine care, and the development of insight. I draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, attachment-based therapeutic frameworks—while staying grounded in the relationship between us. My style is engaged, curious, and gently direct. I’m here to ask meaningful questions, notice patterns, and listen openly and respectfully to your story—without judgment, and with a touch of humor when it helps.
