About My Clients

My clients are often LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and beautifully complex. Many are navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or relationship challenges in systems that weren’t built for them. Many are experiencing life transitions like peri/menopause or aging. Many are exploring & living polyamory or kink, or are simply trying to find their place in a world that expects conformity. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and radical acceptance, you found her.

My Background and Approach

I view therapy as a collaborative journey: you’re the expert of your life, and I offer support as a compassionate, curious guide. I bring a Certified EcoTherapy Facilitator background and weave nature-based approaches into sessions to support grounding, clarity, and connection. I also offer brain-based insights and practical tools you can carry into everyday life. My work is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and rooted in deep respect for who you are. I create a space where LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, polyamorous, and kinky clients can feel fully seen and accepted. As a professionally trained Death Doula, I also hold space for grief, end-of-life transitions, and the complexity of loss with care and meaning. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking calm, or healing in a world that wasn’t built for you, I’m here to walk beside you. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold; it can be relational, real, and even a little funny.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where your full, authentic self is not only accepted, but celebrated. My practice is rooted in affirming care for LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent individuals, and I deeply respect all expressions of identity, relationship structures, and ways of being. I view mental health through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and recognize the impact of systemic harm on individual well-being. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and that nature, community, and creativity can be powerful tools in that process. You don’t need to be “fixed”; you deserve to be supported.
