It would be my privilege to assist you as a therapist with over 12 years experience helping individuals. I provide a safe, supportive space for my clients to process the challenges they are facing and move towards growth, healing, and healthy mental well-being. Together we can rewrite the messages you tell yourself (about yourself and your life). Using a CBT, strengths-based approach I will help you to make sense of your life and build resiliency. Eventually the pieces will begin to come together and a sense of wholeness and peace can take place. Some of my clients have described therapy as being transformative. I can help you to explore and better understand how past difficult experiences play a role in your mental health, and how to heal from them. I am here to help you build strength, resiliency, and to be a survivor of all things life has thrown your way.

I am a safe zone for the LGBTQ++ community with specialized training in gender and sexual diversity. I am affirming of all genders, races, nationalities, and abilities.
