I tend to work with individuals who have challenges and curiosities related to self and identity, unconscious internal conflicts and defenses, attachment and relationships, and how one's past and social location shape the present.
My Background and Approach
I am a clinical social worker who works primarily within relational psychoanalytic, attachment focused, and trauma centered approaches. I believe that understanding and healing occurs in the context of our relationships, and therapy at its core is the building and deepening of a relationship. Throughout the therapeutic relationship, I try to maintain an environment that focuses on depth and understanding and remain curious to the unfolding process that we create together. I have postgraduate training in relational analytic theory and practice.
