Are you looking to decrease the stress in your life? Is anxiety getting in the way of leading a more fulfilling and meaningful life? Has depression left you feeling unmotivated, tired, and hopeless? I would love to work with you to create the life you could imagine if stress, anxiety, and depression did not exist. I love helping children, adolescents, and adults create positive changes in their lives as well as developing positive coping skills to handle life's challenges.
My Background and Approach
The work that I do with my clients is empathic, direct, and solution focused. I want you to be prepared to handle life's stressors with practical, evidence-based tools that are effective and sustainable. I will provide you with a safe, inviting, non-judgemental space where you can be unapologetically yourself. We will work together to address the concerns that you have as well as the goals that you have set for yourself. I have a variety of experiences working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Those include schools, hospitals (both in-patient and outpatient), residential treatment programs, and private practice. I have extensive experience and training in trauma informed care, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. My goal, for every session, is to have you leaving feeling better than when we started. I want you to leave with tools and interventions that you can utilize in order to live a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
