About My Clients

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, trust me, I get it. Are you looking to improve your relationships? Understand yourself better? Increase your feelings of self-worth? Understand what is impacting your anxious thinking patterns? We all seek therapy for different reasons, and I am here to assist you in your goals and journey in seeking the most congruent version of yourself.

My Background and Approach

As a systemically trained therapist, I consider the various identities and systemic pressures that clients encompass. I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate these pressures within themselves and their relationships to help reduce distress. I aim to create a collaborative and inclusive space to help clients reach their desired goals and help activate change. I employ an experiential and integrative systemic therapy approach; including core models of Emotionally-focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques. My passion and purpose for being a therapist stems from the change process I observe in my clients everyday. I value the ability to connect with my clients and share space with people in a unique and vulnerable way. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where we can explore ourselves and the systems that impact our well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I like to laugh and believe humor can serve as a strength, not only in therapy, but in life. My core belief is that we all have the internal resources and strengths to achieve the change we want to see, and sometimes, we need support accessing those. Therapy is a great place to understand the skills we already have, and utilize them in effective and healing ways.
