My Background and Approach
In addition to working with couples, I also support individuals who are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Through a trauma-informed lens and the use of Brainspotting and additional experiential modalities, I guide clients in developing a new relationship with their emotions and experiences—helping them process pain, release emotional burdens, and find a renewed sense of clarity and peace.

I believe every human has the capacity to grow and change throughout their lives and we all deserve to feel loved, connected and secure within ourselves and our relationships.
