About My Clients
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck after years of pushing through. Some are exploring whether ADHD is part of the picture; others are navigating anxiety, mood changes, or executive-function challenges that don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis. My clients value clarity, nuance, and care that feels intentional rather than rushed.
My Background and Approach
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a therapy-informed approach to care. I take time to understand the full context of what’s going on and work collaboratively with clients—and often their therapists—when medication is part of the plan. Not every concern requires medication, and when it does, decisions are made thoughtfully and together. I offer virtual care throughout Georgia, with in-person visits in the Atlanta/Decatur area.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care works best when it’s collaborative, contextual, and human. I value curiosity over assumptions, nuance over labels, and care that supports long-term sustainability—not just symptom reduction. I’m especially interested in neurodiversity-affirming care, late-identified ADHD, and the overlap between burnout, anxiety, and mood symptoms. I enjoy working alongside therapists and supporting clients who want a thoughtful, integrated approach to their mental health.
