My Background and Approach
I believe life is a stage, and we cast all of the characters. This concept requires shadow work at the deepest level. I’m inspired by the work of Carl Jung, Freud, and Richard Schwartz. I believe this space is where we can be our most honest selves -- exploring who we are, what shapes us, and the parts of ourselves we may not always want to see.
