My Background and Approach
I hold Masters degrees in International Development and Social Work, with a graduate certificate in advanced clinical behavioral health, with several years of experience working overseas alongside diverse populations, including refugees, expats, and humanitarian workers. This background has deepened my trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach and my use of a systems perspective—recognizing how family, community, culture, and broader social factors shape your experience and wellbeing. I specialize in supporting women and adolescents dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, and trauma, offering tailored strategies that honor your unique story and strengths. By integrating global mental health principles with compassionate care, I help you build resilience, regain confidence, and create lasting personal growth in a safe, welcoming space.
