I work with adolescents and adults to help them feel calmer, more grounded, and more like themselves. I combine evidence-based brain-focused strategies with body-based techniques to address both the mental and physical aspects of anxiety and overwhelm. Together, we work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you, building practical tools, resilience, and skills for lasting relief and positive change. My approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to guide and support them in finding what works best for them. Everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and develop new ways of coping, and progress looks different for each person. I work collaboratively to help clients identify their goals and build practical tools and strategies to meet them. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and focused on helping you feel empowered, understood, and supported every step of the way.
