Therapy with me offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where we explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together we'll process what's weighing on you, make sense of your patterns and create a path forward. Through our work you'll gain insight, new tools, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My style is relational and client centered while incorporating practical mindfulness based tools to not only help you inside the therapy room, but in your everyday life.
