About My Clients
My clients are teens and adults who experience difficulties with life transitions, setting boundaries and communication in relationships, keeping up with high expectations, navigating family and relationship dynamics, healing from difficult and stressful experiences, and navigating oppressive systems. I am particularly passionate about serving individuals with historically marginalized identities and experiences.
My Background and Approach
My practice is a collaborative process where you can be your authentic self in a trusting, respectful environment. I value trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally-responsive approaches that allow me to meet you where you’re at in your healing journey. I have completed Brainspotting Phase 1 training and offer this brain-based therapy to clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value showing up as my authentic self in my practice, which also allows me to genuinely connect with clients. I believe in the importance of sharing and being my authentic self, particularly if clients find that meaningful in building a strong therapeutic relationship, developing trust, and creating understanding.
