About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or major life transitions. They may be trying to make sense of their experiences or rebuild after difficult moments. They’re ready for honest conversations, practical tools, and real change, even if they’re not sure where to start.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected so you can start making real, practical changes. I value honesty, collaboration, and meeting you where you are. In our work together, you can expect a supportive space where you’re also challenged to grow, build insight, and develop tools that carry into your everyday life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are capable of change, even when it feels hard or unfamiliar. Our experiences shape us, but they don’t have to define us. I believe in being real, not perfect, and that growth comes from both insight and action. Therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and also be challenged in ways that help you move forward.
