About My Clients
If you are like many of my clients, you have been trying to fix your relationship problems on your own, but what you have tried doesn't seem to be working. Maybe you're stuck in a rut, have unhealthy argument styles, or lack communication skills. Whatever the issue, I'd love to help. I specialize in relationship counseling. I help individuals to heal after a divorce or breakup and couples wanting to work through relationship-related issues.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training in Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
