About My Clients
As a counselor, one of my main goals is to provide my clients with the tools and safe space to work through uncertainty in order to find and embrace their genuine self. If you need someone who is direct, authentic, has some humor, and understands that sometimes life can be a bit wild, we may be a good therapeutic fit.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you understand yourself better and help you reach your goals. In sessions, I believe in balancing directness and humor. I like to focus on building a good counseling relationship with each client. As your therapist, we will identify and work through your goals together in a safe and non-judgmental space. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up as a middle child, I knew what it was like to feel left out and lonely. I never wanted anyone else to have that same experience. We all live through different experiences that can be hard for others to understand and it can be isolating. I want to provide a space that makes you feel supported and seen.
