My Background and Approach
As a licensed MFT since 2006, I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach. I take a focused approach in helping people meet their treatment goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong passion in helping people overcome the challenges that face them through therapy. Over the past 20 years I have applied this passion to help people from across many different communities overcome depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and personal and family issues. I believe therapy is one of the best ways to help oneself with problems, issues and life situations that may come up throughout life.
