About My Clients
I support clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship and social challenges, self-esteem, trauma, neurodivergence, academic or work-related stress, identity and cultural exploration, changes in family structure, and LGBTQIA2S+ topics. I especially welcome clients who may feel unsure or hesitant about starting therapy—our work will always move at a pace that feels right for you. I offer later appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating the challenges of growth and transition. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and expressive arts techniques. I also bring extensive experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, including as a Special Education (SPED) therapist.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer a supportive space where clients can build emotional awareness, process their experiences, and develop practical skills to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach combines creativity and sensitivity to foster resilience in clients experiencing adolescence and emerging adulthood. I welcome you to reach out to get started. I reserve a number of sessions for clients who may benefit from a sliding scale fee, please feel free to inquire about reduced rates.
