About My Clients

Maybe you're the one everyone depends on, yet you're quietly running on empty. Maybe relationships feel harder than they should, or you're exhausted from masking, overthinking, or simply trying to hold it all together. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, grief, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and financial barriers to care. Together, we'll move beyond survival mode toward deeper connection, resilience, lasting change, self-acceptance, and a more authentic life.

My Background and Approach

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore the parts of themselves they've learned to hide. As a neurodiversity- and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist, I combine clinical expertise with lived understanding to create a space where you can show up authentically. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), attachment science, and trauma-informed care, while drawing from cognitive, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to fit your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative, genuine, and down-to-earth. I'll challenge you with compassion, celebrate your progress, and meet you with curiosity instead of judgment. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, build secure relationships, increase emotional flexibility, and create lasting change. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—together we'll build an approach that honors your strengths, your identity, and the life you're creating.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside the therapy room, I'm a curious, creative person who believes growth and laughter can exist in the same conversation. As a queer, disabled, and ADHD therapist, I know firsthand that life doesn't always fit neatly into society's expectations. Those experiences have deepened my commitment to authenticity, accessibility, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves. I'm happily married and cherish time with my family. I love animals, music, gardening, and good coffee. I'm passionate about education and creating free, accessible mental health resources because I believe everyone deserves quality support. I value authenticity, curiosity, social justice, equity, and inclusion, and I welcome people of all faiths, spiritual traditions, and secular worldviews. My best ideas come with coffee, music, the garden, or time with the people and pets I love.
