You are so much more than the struggles you face and I want to not only ease the weight you carry, but celebrate your successes. I provide a nurturing environment where you feel safe to explore and evolve. I use a mix of narrative, emotionally focused, systemic therapy to create the right blend of care for you. I want to support you in finding solutions to the challenges you are facing and explore why the patterns in your life exist. By creating a blend of solutions and understanding we can create lasting change for you to have the life you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We don't exist in our own bubbles and we are deeply impacted by those around us. As a relational therapist, I think it is important to consider to role other people play in our lives and the role we play in other's lives. It is never too late to understand more about ourselves and the world that we live in. Starting therapy is such a brave step and I feel so honored to be a part of your journey.
