About My Clients
You may feel disconnected from your partner, uncertain about trust, or struggling with intimacy in ways that are difficult to name. Sometimes something has shifted—betrayal, secrecy, or emotional distance—and you’re trying to understand what it means and how to move forward. I work with individuals and couples seeking clarity, stability, and a more grounded sense of connection in their relationships.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy concerns, betrayal, and relational patterns that feel difficult to shift. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Therapy is structured and paced intentionally, creating space to slow things down, understand what has happened, and begin moving toward meaningful change. Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring attachment patterns, strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and developing boundaries that support both stability and connection. I integrate relational therapy, trauma-informed care, and structured interventions to support both insight and forward movement. This is thoughtful, depth-oriented work designed to create lasting change, rather than quick or surface-level solutions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that meaningful change happens within the context of emotional safety, respect, and thoughtful pacing. Therapy should feel grounded and collaborative, not rushed or overwhelming. I value autonomy, clarity, and accountability within relationships, and I approach this work with care and intention. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported in exploring complex or sensitive experiences without judgment. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. I also recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel like a significant step, and I approach that process with respect and care.
